DoShitNow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information you provide. The waitlist collects a US phone number, confirmation that you are at least 18, your optional choice to receive launch texts, the time and wording of that choice, and a short campaign source code when present.
Security data. The signup service keeps a keyed hash of the request IP address to limit abuse. It does not store the raw IP address or phone number in its database; phone numbers are encrypted before storage. Server access logs for signup requests are disabled.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If texting is enabled later, a messaging provider may process opted-in numbers solely to deliver our messages. We may disclose information when legally required.
The waitlist form does not set tracking cookies.
Opt-in is optional. If you opt in, we plan to send no more than four launch and early-access texts per month. Message and data rates may apply. When texts begin, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not text numbers marked as not consented.
Active waitlist records are automatically removed after one year unless removed sooner after a verified request. Encrypted daily backups have a 30-day lifecycle, followed by up to 35 days of Azure soft-delete retention. This staging waitlist does not transfer your number to the app's account database.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
