By accessing or using the DoShitNow website or application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
DoShitNow is an accountability platform that allows users to set tasks with deadlines, stake money on completion, and submit proof of task completion for review. The service may include social accountability features, financial transactions via Stripe, and human review of submitted proof.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you stake money on a task, funds are held securely and processed through our payment processor, Stripe. If you complete your task within the deadline, no charge is made. If you fail to complete your task, the staked amount may be forfeited according to the rules of your chosen accountability level. All financial transactions are subject to our refund and dispute policy.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DoShitNow and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DoShitNow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoShitNow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claim, demand, or damage, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the Northern District of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
